Terms

Use the service responsibly and verify final assets before publication

These terms support active use of DropShot while fuller legal language continues to be refined.

By using DropShot, you agree to use the service only with images you personally own, control, or are fully authorized to submit for editing, enhancement, generation, and delivery. If you upload a photo of another person, you represent that you have that person's permission and any other rights reasonably necessary for us to process the image and return the resulting assets to you.

You are solely responsible for the images you provide, the accuracy of the information you submit, and the legality of your use of any uploaded content. You agree not to upload images that infringe the privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights of any third party. You also agree not to submit content that is deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate for processing through the service.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that DropShot is a custom digital image service. Because work may begin promptly after purchase and because each order involves personalized processing, completed purchases are generally treated as final once processing has started, except where a different outcome is required by law or expressly approved by DropShot in its discretion.

You understand and agree that results can vary depending on source-photo quality, lighting, pose, expression, face visibility, and other technical factors. While we aim for strong professional output, you remain responsible for reviewing all delivered images for likeness, quality, branding fit, and suitability before publication, distribution, advertising, or professional use.

DropShot may refuse, pause, or cancel service where uploaded content appears unauthorized, unlawful, high-risk, or inconsistent with platform standards. We may also restrict access to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, reduce fraud, or respond to misuse, payment issues, or suspected rights violations.

These terms are intended to communicate the current operating expectations of the service and may be updated as the product, policies, and legal review continue to mature. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.
